Whether you are new to exercising or experienced in a group setting, don’t worry, our classes are for all abilities so please work at whatever level is right for you. Let the instructor know it’s your first time and they will help you get started. Many of classes enable adaptations, regressions, and progressions to ensure we are catering for all abilities no matter what class you choose to participate in.

No matter how you would like to get active, we offer a fantastic variety of Group Exercise classes to suit everyone. Our classes are grouped into six focus areas: Cardio, Dance, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), Holistic, Strength & Core, and Water-Based.
