Finding out what Lane is right for you helps give you confidence in the pool!
Lane swimming provides you with a structured place to swim. If you looking to develop and practise your swimming skills, have more free time in a swimming pool environment or you might be looking to improve your overall health and fitness, we have a session for everyone.
- Fast Lane – Swimmers should be able to swim 1 length of the pool in around 20-30 seconds
- Medium Lane – Swimmers should be able to swim 1 length of the pool in around 30-40 seconds
- Slow Lane – Swimmers should be able to swim 1 length of the pool in around 40-50 seconds
Although some of our swim sessions are bookable via online or on our app, we also offer the ability to just turn up at the time of our sessions.

Fitness Swim
These sessions have been created for swimmers who are looking to be continually swimming to imporve their fitness and stamina.
The pool will have up to five lanes in use:
2 x Fast Lane
2 x Medium Lane
1 x Slow Lane.
Fitness Swim is available to book online, via the app or to drop in, according to availability.
This session is suitable to those aged 11 years and above.

Lane Swim
If your looking for a slower pace then lane swimming is for you.
The pool will have doubles lanes, to provider a larger swimming lane:
1 x Medium Lane
1 x Slow Lane
A single Fast Lane.
Lane Swim is available to book online, via the app or to drop in, according to availability.
For leisurely swimmers, this session is suitable for those aged 11 year and above.

Adult Only Swim
Within our timetable we have designated sessions for adults only sessions.
Adult only sessions are available to book online, via the app or to drop in, according to availability.
These sessions are suitable for those aged 16 years and over.
