This class is designed to make Pilates exercises more accessible to individuals who may have difficulty getting down on the floor or who require additional support to either use a chair for sitting or balance. Helping to improve core strength, flexibility, balance, and overall body conditioning this varied class is a great introduction to the Pilates method. You’ll be enhancing youroverall well-being and quality of life along with feeling fabulous when you leave.
Barefoot, or stockinged feet, practice is recommended but is not essential, comfortable flat shoes/trainers can be worn.
