If your looking to have a stronger body and increase your cardiovascular fitness, this class is for you!

With a range of functional movements, from pushing and pulling to swinging and slamming, you will begin to build a stronger body, whilst having fun in a class environment at the same time.

Please bring: appropriate exercise clothes and footwear, mat and water bottle.
