This session will help to improve strength, balance, cardio and reach identified goals by working alongside Wave’s Cardiac Rehab qualified instructors.
Please bring: appropriate exercise clothes, footwear and water bottle.
How to access
Cardiac Rehab is part of Wave’s referral programme. To access Cardiac Rehab a referral from a health professional is required to ensure appropriateness of activity.

Referral clinics and assessments are free, with each class then charged at £6.80 per session. Each referral receives a voucher for one free taster class.
