Women's Weightlifting Workshop

Build confidence and strength in a supportive, small-group environment with our Women’s Weightlifting Workshop at Hillbrow Health and Wellbeing.
This practical coaching programme takes place on the gym floor, giving you hands-on experience in a real training space so you feel comfortable and capable using the weights area independently.

What You’ll Learn
Over the course of the programme, you’ll be guided through:
- Key strength exercises
- Proper technique and form
- Fundamental training principles
- How to structure your own workouts
This is a welcoming, small-group workshop designed specifically for women who want to feel more confident in the weights area. Whether you’re completely new or looking to improve your technique, you’ll receive expert guidance and support every step of the way. By the end of the 4 weeks you’ll leave with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to train safely and effectively on your own in the gym.
