What is Wave Active Health?
Wave Active is a health programme that provides support for those with health conditions. Whether they are physical, mental, or emotional, Wave Active Health helps individuals to make improvements to their health and well-being.
We cater to all abilities by providing adaptations, regressions, and progressions, no matter what class you choose to participate in. Accessing activities can be done via a referral from a health practitioner or by contacting our Wave Active Health team prior to attending to enable supportive access into activity.
