I started my fitness journey back in lockdown, when I needed something to distract my mind and keep me active and healthy. I completely fell in love with all the different ways of exercising, which led me to gain my level 2 and level 3 qualifications. As a personal trainer, my approach goes beyond just physical fitness. I believe that true transformation happens when we embrace both self-improvement and self-love. My mission is to help you become the best version of yourself, inside and out.
