Functional Fit – Juniors

Get fitter and stronger with this fun inclusive session tailored to our Junior and Junior Plus Members aged 11 to 15 years.

Functional fitness for younger participants, in the gym, incorporates education, games, teamwork and fun fitness. Including all the fundamentals of Functional Fitness with adaptations and gamification for the younger participant.

Please Note: Maximum weight loads of 5kg lifts apply.

Please bring: appropriate exercise clothes & footwear and a water bottle.
